On 24th August a training day will take place for those people interested in trying the Racing Canoe classes. This will be a great oppurtunity to try something different and learn some new skills.

The day will give people an oppurtunity to try out decked canoes in singles and doubles.

A session on correct forward paddling technique will also take place which would be benificial for those racing the big boats in the marathon races/liffey etc.

Coaches on the day will be Lukas Novosad (World and European medallist) and Irish Freestyle Team member Mark Coleman.

Hi Folks,

Due to the rescheduling of the Upper Liffey marathon race, the wwr C1 development day will now take place on STURDAY 23rd AUGUST, all other details, start times etc remain the same.
